The Mission

Why This Matters

First responders face high levels of stress, trauma, and burnout — often without spaces that feel relatable or accessible. At the same time, many in our community are navigating life, pressure, and purpose in silence. Traditional environments don't always reach them.

5TWELVE Day changes that by creating a space that is real, engaging, and community-driven.

Breaking Stigma

Creating open dialogue around mental health for those who serve.

Strengthening Community

Bridging the gap between first responders and the people they protect.

Honoring Service

Recognizing the sacrifice and dedication of those on the front lines.
